About Us
Possessing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and over 15 years’ experience at planning a repertoire of events, Lisa has what it takes to make your ideas come true. Enamored by art through her study and exploration of color and texture, this creative aspiration began to expand into the art of entertaining. After a passionate career as a graphic designer, she quickly realized her creative draw would transition well into creative pallets of cuisine and event planning. Lisa owned and operated a small catering business and fell in love with the planning process; gaining inspiration from her clients to focus on the full party design. Her journey continued as she worked at reputable catering companies and hi-end event venues as the lead event planner.
Lisa’s calm demeanor helps clients relax, as she creates unforgettable parties of their dreams. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two, a backyard barbecue, or an elegant wedding, her events are seamlessly unique and filled with color, style and laughter. Lisa is extremely organized, focused on communication and making the planning process as easy as possible for her clients.

For the bride who has all details ready to go, but wants a professional to oversee the ceremony and wedding day. She needs coordination, beginning with rehearsal, and throughout the entire wedding day - up to dinner service at the reception.
Planning:
Up to 5 hours of consultation time (in person, phone, email)
Up to 3 advance planning meetings
Up to 2 site visits to review set up
Creation of vendor timeline and floor plan
Review of Event Order or Banquet Event Order (BEO) from venue/caterer
Rental delivery / installation oversight and management
Distribute final timeline to all vendors at least one week prior to wedding
Communicate with venue manager regarding set ups and compliance with all floor plans
Rehearsal and Ceremony:
Coordinate wedding rehearsal with officiant, bridal party and family
Direct ushers with seating and program distribution
Organize wedding party for line up
Be present during recessional to direct wedding party and guests
Wedding Day:
Event day coordination (up to 8 hours)
Coordinate vendor arrival and end times, including strike time
Work with ceremony and reception venue to oversee setup details
Act as point of contact for all vendors
Assist with men's boutonnieres
Final inspection on seating placements/count and tables
Assist with the transition between ceremony and reception

For the bride who has already booked the venue, vendors and planned the wedding but needs a professional to coordinate and manage all the details the final 2 months prior, giving the couple worry-fee time leading up to their special day. This option is ideal for the bride who lives out of town or has a demanding career.
Planning:
1st meeting - This meeting will cover the ceremony and reception venue information and review, along with visionary insight into the day.
2nd meeting - Initial detail meeting at the wedding and reception venue. We will review all the vendor contracts and create a detailed hourly timeline of the wedding day after the meeting.
3rd meeting - Final review meeting at the reception venue.
Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 2-month period
Review all the vendor contracts
Create vendor timeline and floor plan
Review Event Order or Banquet Event Order (BEO) from venue/caterer
Assist with tracking RSVP’s and seating chart
Rental order review, delivery / installation oversight and management
Create Vendor List with contact information, setup and strike times
Distribute final client-approved timeline to all vendors at least one week prior to wedding

We work together every step of the way from the engagement to the send off.

Unlimited meetings and consultation throughout duration of planning process
Review all the vendor contracts
Ongoing professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and phone
Consult and collaborate with Client to discuss wedding style
Developing and prioritize the wedding budget
Establish wedding theme, color combinations and overall design concepts
Schedule and attend meetings with 1-3 Florists and attend any follow up meetings
Includes decor rental recommendations and placing order for Client if applicable
Assist with vendor selection
Attend vendor meetings and appointments as needed
Rental order review and management
Review proposals and terms of final contracts with attended referred service providers
Proofreading for Save the Date Cards and Invitations and any other printed materials
Provide ideas and suggestions on wedding favors
